      Here, Major plus they providing flexible timing. All seniors and managers are 'down to earth' help minded people.

      Delaying to get into project. As a fresher level if they provide scratch level development it will help them to understand more about the tech stack.

      Recruiting Director is so domineering that you don't have to wonder what is expected of you.

      Cons

      Have become AI obsessed. KPI's continue to increase as they believe AI is a magic pill. Trying so hard to be like other major recruiting agencies that they've forgot what had made them different.
