      - If you care about your work as a recruiter it is incredibly easy to hit metrics - The company focuses more on the candidate rather than just a number - Great team environment

      - If you are on KA (Key Accounts) the submittal process can be a headache - Internal feedback at times isnt the greatest

      Pros

      Recruiting Director is so domineering that you don't have to wonder what is expected of you.

      Cons

      Have become AI obsessed. KPI's continue to increase as they believe AI is a magic pill. Trying so hard to be like other major recruiting agencies that they've forgot what had made them different.
