      - You have to be ready to work. You're a consultant, so part of your job is interacting with clients. Not really a con, but for some it would be.

      Pros

      Recruiting Director is so domineering that you don't have to wonder what is expected of you.

      Cons

      Have become AI obsessed. KPI's continue to increase as they believe AI is a magic pill. Trying so hard to be like other major recruiting agencies that they've forgot what had made them different.
