      It’s an old-boys club. Nepotism runs rampant. If you worked with a higher up at a previous company, you’re set. Don’t want to change any of their ways and refuse any change or suggestions.

      Pros

      Recruiting Director is so domineering that you don't have to wonder what is expected of you.

      Cons

      Have become AI obsessed. KPI's continue to increase as they believe AI is a magic pill. Trying so hard to be like other major recruiting agencies that they've forgot what had made them different.
