      Flexibility, you can make the job what you want it to be. Interesting, you have different clients with different solutions and needs Caring leadership

      Cons

      Benefits are low. Great medical, but you pay for it Average pay. You make market pay but have to be an independent contractor to really earn above average.

      Pros

      Recruiting Director is so domineering that you don't have to wonder what is expected of you.

      Cons

      Have become AI obsessed. KPI's continue to increase as they believe AI is a magic pill. Trying so hard to be like other major recruiting agencies that they've forgot what had made them different.
