      The staffing industry can be a meat grinder. The management at CEI has changed dramatically in the last few years and they will make CEI the company to work at if you want to do staffing...we already have a great process to offer our clients. Staffing is a great way to start out your career in a number of fields and CEI trains and cultivates its people under the new management.

      Cons

      CEI is in the middle of this evolution. But 90% of enjoying your job, is working for a great boss...and that can outweigh the challenges.

      Recruiting Director is so domineering that you don't have to wonder what is expected of you.

      Cons

      Have become AI obsessed. KPI's continue to increase as they believe AI is a magic pill. Trying so hard to be like other major recruiting agencies that they've forgot what had made them different.
