Pros
Great team in the solutions division. Smart people to work with and most are very approachable. Great projects, you can get a wide variety of projects to work on th grow and expand your skills as a developer.
Cons
Bad wages, They try to get great developers for bare minimum prices for at least junior level. This makes it very hard to get more people on board. The environment isn't the most exciting, they could to better to make employees across divisions know each other and make for a more fun environment. Personally I don't like working for a consulting company because upper management really just cares that you bill 40 hours to clients and doing a great job benefits the client more than it does your salary. Your salary can only really increase if you can convince the next client you are worth more even if CEI knows you are.
