Pretty much laid back kind of environment you would like to stay till your retirement Its good for those not willing to endure excessive stress and you can go back on time
Cons
Decision making mostly lay in the hands of the few top management, staff just work based on information passed down Higher management consist of the several few that had worked for centuries and most likely not going to switch in near future. Therefore, opportunities are there but may not be duly rewarding for some
