Pros
Once you get your foot in the door there are opportunities to advance as filling positions starts from within. Most employees are friendly and the environment is supportive not competitive. Been able to make a long-term career with opportunities I didn’t expect. Great fitness center in basement of main office but not sure when I’m supposed to use it with only 30-minute lunch break.
Cons
Not sure direction management is going with company although they all look pretty stressed as changes are happening. Workload expectations are heavier but minimal improvement in salary or technology. Hard to switch divisions or have much career control after you get to a certain level. Dress code and schedule flexibility have outdated rules. Main office could use some modern decor.
