      Training is good - they make sure you can do your job well.

      Cons

      Days can fluctuate from mind numbingly boring to chaotic with not much in-between. Being a teller is fairly easy but very tedious.

      Get to work at your own pace. Do not have to chase leads. Everyone is a team. Manager is great! Flexing out is an option.

      Cons

      Pay could be better, no WFH option to branch originators only internet team.

      12 week internship on a team that is super helpful and willing to work with someone new to help them grow

      The entire team is remote while the intern is in office
