      Rooted in Korean Culture but aspiring to diversify within HQ, Due to intimate HQ size, has Start Up feel, New York traffic experienced due to location right by GW Bridge, Onboarding process under continuous improvements, High Attrition due to Intern cycles and Workload expectations

      Pros

      Simple, remote, and didn't micromanage. Pay was slightly above average.

      Cons

      HR didn't know most things. Started with promises of bonuses and cost of living wage adjustments, but the former stopped this last year under them and the latter never happened (only got one raise of 54 cents).
