      Pros

      Brian assisted me in logging in, when discovered that the issue is with the laptop and not my credentials, he then requested for replacement right way. He is also responsive to my concerns.

      Pros

      Simple, remote, and didn't micromanage. Pay was slightly above average.

      Cons

      HR didn't know most things. Started with promises of bonuses and cost of living wage adjustments, but the former stopped this last year under them and the latter never happened (only got one raise of 54 cents).
