Pros

Surrounded by motivated and kind people. As its a relatively new industry, there are lot of things to build, which is exciting. Opportunity to take on responsibility from the start, and getting to learn by doing. Its a relatively complex product that has potential for real impact. Understanding it and commercialising it makes for a fun puzzle.

Cons

Under the pressure to meet the requirements and pace of market demands, the work can be demanding at times. It’s a start up, so as it grows, there are growing pains. It can be chaotic at times, and procedures aren't always in place. A good environment for people who enjoy moving fast and are motivated to build their own processes.

Pros

I really enjoyed my time at CEEZER. The work felt meaningful and challenging, in a good way. As an Impact Analyst, I got to work on a variety of tasks, from researching market trends to analyzing project data, and I learned a lot along the way. The team is international, motivated, and very supportive. People are open, easy to approach, and always willing to share knowledge. It was a great environment to grow in, especially if you're curious and proactive. I appreciated the mix of flexibility and structure, and the fact that they trusted interns with real responsibilities. The company culture is ambitious and very fast-paced. They organize team events, and the office has a nice atmosphere.

Cons

It’s a startup, so things move fast and priorities can shift quickly. The environment can be very demanding from day one, and you'll acquire individual responsibilities early on. That might be a bit overwhelming at first, but it's also a great way to learn how to adapt and stay ahead of challenges.
