      I wasn't paid for 3 months straight for no reason

      force you to stay in office on the name of learning, while there is no such thing as training. former employees do not share their knowledge so that they can keep they demand

      Pros

      A good company to learn and start your career. Plenty of openings for JAVA, J2EE and WCS developers. Professional and stable HR staff. Motivating management. Onsite opportunities available.

      Cons

      Very demanding job, not a place for incompetent people and no growth at certain levels.
