      - Owners/Executives believe they are more intelligent than they are. - Management are yes men to the owners. - Company RRSP matching is laughable at $5/week - They dump lead solder waste down the drains on a daily basis, as well as flux and other toxic chemicals. - They have an over reliance on subsidized workers (student/immigrant).
