Poor employee appreciation - Anonymous employee CE3 Electronics Employee Review

Zero employee appreciation, 5 years employed and put in overtime every day and never miss time... this is the worst company I have ever worked for... less than 2% yearly raise... management never responds to your request... just get the, I'll get back to you and never do.. every time... if u have any dietary requirements don't expect them to entertain it.. you will just have to sit and watch everyone else eat. . All this and vary poor pay to the point where 20$ makes the difference if i will make it to work or not.... I have never worked harder and been appreciated so little in all my life.
