      Work life balance Working conditions Great HR Department and staff Approachable line manager 9-5 Monday to Friday Closer to home with less travelling

      Cons

      Pay rate could be higher, but this is dictated by the client and value of contract, so this is out of CDX's control. Other than that they are the best employer in the industry I have worked for in the past 15yrs.
