      Pros

      family oriented work environment, recognition for years served, company bonuses and salary, company lunch and rrsp program, good place to retire comfortably, many decent lunch options in neighbourhood.

      Cons

      very conservative, risk averse, stuck in the past, technology dated and lacking, many computer hang up due to IT network- very annoying and too frequent, reactive work environment, employees not empowered - top down (mis)management, difficult and complicated approval for projects, strategic direction talked about, but no implementation and action taken.

      Pros

      CDSPI is a great Company to work for. Being a smaller Company to I find the atmosphere very pleasant and a great working environment. Work/Life balance is also a welcoming factor working here.

      Cons

      I cannot say I have come into any situations that are downsides for CDSPI.
