Lea, Jon, and Vic are just great people to work for. They build lasting relationships with their employees and are great designers! They truly value their employees and provide recognition of hard work when it is needed and deserved. They are excellent at providing feedback (during reviews) and are so open to hearing feedback from their employees. For example, if there is anything you need to make doing your job easier they are happy to review and consider any proposal. They participate in competitions as well which really brings a great spirit and energy to the studio. The office manager, Amanda, is also fantastic (so helpful and supportive) and is so essential to the success of the studio.

A lot of the work they do requires constant travel by the partners and some of the upper management (project managers)

People are friendly and down to earth, but also take the work seriously. The partners respect everyone's opinions and the environment feels non-hierarchical. The atmosphere is comfortable with reasonable work hours.

The workload can lack diversity and feel repetitive.
