Good environment with great co-workers. Leadership is driven and everyone works really well together. Very flexible and care's about family. There's room to grow with the company and that's a huge plus.

There isn't anything that I would really list as a con.

The starting pay is fair but the downside is that you're paying for the horrible benefits package

Horrible benefits, no work/life balance, definitely micro managed, managers are not consistent which makes for poor billing, trying to expand nationwide but have not mastered billing for their current clients, absolutely no room for advancement the company is very small and they will promise advancement but cannot followin through because there are not enough employees to manage, it is a revolving door here either you quit or get fired
