Great Company with Excellent Road Map - Anonymous employee CDO Squared Employee Review

They make their employees feel like they are apart of a team. They never cut corners. Very easy to use their billing software so much more productive then using Zoll. The IT Team was the best. Unlimited opportunities if you want them.

Parking garage was far from offices.

The starting pay is fair but the downside is that you're paying for the horrible benefits package

Horrible benefits, no work/life balance, definitely micro managed, managers are not consistent which makes for poor billing, trying to expand nationwide but have not mastered billing for their current clients, absolutely no room for advancement the company is very small and they will promise advancement but cannot followin through because there are not enough employees to manage, it is a revolving door here either you quit or get fired
