      Nothing much except salary credited on time

They can fire anyone, anytime without any genuine reason. - Demotivating and negative work environment - Managers and leaders are unskilled and not capable of handling resource properly. - False commitment at the time of joining. - HRs are for just the names, they don't have any decision making authority.
