      Pros

      You are paid for days you didn't work.

      Cons

      Trudeau like leadership. They will screw you out of money at any opportunity. Employees have severe drug problems to the point were they can't not function at a basic level. General incompetence. No worklife balance Their company values are none existent. Safety equipment is faulty and has not been replaced for half a decade.
