Management makes decisions without consulting employees, even though the employees have experience actually doing the work and management only does outside sales. Decisions are erratic. Management forgets about decisions weeks after they are made and work returns to normal.
Little money is invested in technology or technological infrastructure. For example - even though a large amount the work is to conduct trainings at outside clients, the company has only one projector and will not spend money to fix the light bulb in the second projector. In addition, the computer you bring to client visits is about 6 years old, slow and clunky.
The atmosphere coming from the top of the company is toxic. Even though all of the work you do can be done remotely, management requires employees stay in the office from 8 to 5pm so they can monitor them. You will be micromanaged, mistrusted, underpaid and diminished. There is no room for growth. There are better companies you can work for that do this kind of work.
