Pros

Good compensation, interesting projects, professional environment and available training for employees.

Cons

Management is located in corporate office which are not really in touch personally with their employees and rely feedback from their management collegues. Therefore, they are out of touch with actual conditions in the office and existing environment. Support Divisions such as Finance and Accounting dictate corporate procedures catered to field which make it extremely dificult to understand and diffucult to manage projects efficiently and effectively. Company does not care about their employees. They basically treat employess as just numbers to them. Too much waste and inefficient making the company not competitive with others. Too much company politics and favoratism. Some employees are in positions that should not be in and have too much authority. Not a fair company to work for.

Pros

Flexible hybrid schedule is very nice and starting salary is high for early career engineers.

Cons

The main people running the company are not engineers and you can tell. They are all focused on utilization with rates often set at 97% or higher. This had led to my supervisor asking/telling me to not charge company required trainings. As an early engineer it really feels like they don't want to invest in me and only care about their bottom line. If you are an early career structural engineer you will also not get any meaningful work until you've been with the company for at least 5 years. The senior engineers do not trust you and will only give you grunt work.
