In general everyone is approachable and easy to work with. Most people are willing to help out whenever you have a question. The size of the company allows the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects. Good educational programs. Above average benefits. Cons
Incompetent IT department. Divided too much geographically, some project managers get upset if others work in their geographical areas without their knowledge. High corporate overhead.
