Pros
- There is a great knowledge base to draw from - company experts are top notch. - Diverse clientele / projects - while working in the delivery division, one is exposed to industrial, federal, and state government projects. - There is good support from resource management for professional development and personal needs.
Cons
As a scientist, I sometimes feel marginalized - internal communications often focus on engineers and rarely mention the achievements of scientific staff. There also seems to be a disconnect between headquarters and the rest of the company (business cards without job titles for staff regularly working in the field - come on!).
