Good until the mother ship took over and Oil & Gas sunk - Ops Administrative CDM Resource Employee Review

CDM Resource Management was the best place I have ever worked for. The benefits, co-workers, spirit and the over all team atmosphere could not be beat.

The only con would be the oil field industry fluctuating.

Awesome company that offers a lot of flexibility, great pay, and really understands their people. They really take care of their employees and work with them to find a good balance between work and personal time.

Communication isn't their strongest area. It needs some work, but it's not so bad, and they've put plans in place to provide more transparency. You'll find things to dislike with any company, based on your personal preferences, but the pros far out any cons as far as I can tell.
