      Pros

      Awesome company that offers a lot of flexibility, great pay, and really understands their people. They really take care of their employees and work with them to find a good balance between work and personal time.

      Cons

      Communication isn't their strongest area. It needs some work, but it's not so bad, and they've put plans in place to provide more transparency. You'll find things to dislike with any company, based on your personal preferences, but the pros far out any cons as far as I can tell.

      Pros

      CDM Resource Management was the best place I have ever worked for. The benefits, co-workers, spirit and the over all team atmosphere could not be beat.

      Cons

      The only con would be the oil field industry fluctuating.

      Pros

      Good benefits, good people, relaxed office environment. Well respected in the industry. Takes gas compression very seriously and does a great job.

      Cons

      Oilfield services taking a hit with the downturn in the oil industry, the company had to cut many budgetary items. Had a large Reduction In Force in late March. I don't believe they are looking to hire anyone at the moment.
