the "freight cowboy kosma" in lyons lies to customers to get business, shames his reps publicly, and encourages drug use in the office. there is a reason he doesnt go by his full last name anymore bc of his history of failing companies and drug charges. he also recently tried swinging at an employee on company grounds. andrew, the ceo, berates reps, doesnt pay commission that is owed to their carrier reps, customer reps, or ops reps, and is oblivious. he thinks he is better than anyone else because he has money and doesnt let you forget it george, the coo with "all the answers" will tell you what you want to hear to get you to scurry away, smokes outside more than he works, and uses his time to protect employees that have assaulted other employees during work hours (an employee that is STILL there somehow has stolen from reps personal belongings, does drugs on the open floor, and has assaulted a female employee by picking her up and slamming her on the ground, and assaulted a C-level employee in front of the CEO and still somehow has a job). that is the kind of people CDL 1000 wants apparently.
