Good management and salaries are paid on time.

Nothing I can think of.

Good pay, good positions.

Poor communication with contractors about aspects of their job role/expectations. Like a mandatory 40 hour time card. If you don't have 40 hours on your time card you are required to either use your vacation time to meet it or get attendance occureances.
