Horrible Pit - BAS CDH (IL) Employee Review

Want professional talent but workers are treated like slaves. No leadership at all. Managers only have title because they sold services. They cant and aren't expected to manage. Even if work is caught up the expectation is to stay at the office to look like a team player. Offers unlimited vacation but only a few chosen actually are allowed. Salary is distorted when the amt of hours and lack of PTO are considered. HR is non existent. Turnover is about 40%. Employees are nothing more than slaves and when they wisen up they are disposed of and replaced with unknowing college kids. Forced to attend events to generate income for the firm. All on personal time.
