      Pros

      Interesting works required on a day to day basis. Clear communication between junior and senior level. Great efficiency. Good office culture.

      Cons

      Long hours is almost for sure. Can't leave the office before any full-time did, which is fine but kind of interesting. Otherwise, great experience overall.
