Pros

Great retirement plan. Work life balance.

Cons

Senior management on some projects lacks organization and backbone. HR is lacking in communication, taking days to reply to emails. Most of the time, when they finally reply, it's with an adituid, never acknowledging their own problem, always blaming the employee. Project SOPs that are made up and can't be found in any program folders leading to confusion and missed opportunities. A strong Reliance on the federal funds
