- Poor management - Only Hires immigrants as they pay them min. wage or less. - Asking for a raise after years of being there will get you in a hot seat and will fire you. (it happens to alot of ppl) - The Main owner buys properties, auction, toys and etc for himself but when a employee ask for a small raise he will ask them to write a book to why he should give you a raise. - Management are his sons and zero accountablity when stuff goes hay wire and blames the employees instead. - Owner expects you to work more than you're paid, - If you hit your sales goal for that month they will move the goal post. so they wont pay you your bonuses that you deserve the next month and so forth.. - Christmas Bonuses consist of a $2 dollar Coin Collectible no matter how long and how much you made the company for that year. - Moral is so low with this company, they reason why ppl stay cause they think thats all they can get for a job. - You work 9 hours shift (1hr break) but the owner expects you to come 15 minutes early and stay extra 15 min when its over, so they expect you to work extra 30mins for free just because your lucky you have this job. - Zero Benefits. - There is alot more negatives but unfortunately i cannot list them all. but you get the idea from this quick review.
