Worst owners. Family owned IT firm. Very greedy, do not compensate you fairly, they only care about making a dollar off you. Owner does not think some employees are worth what they are being paid, so you can go years with out getting a raise. Company has nothing to offer, they offer 2 weeks vacation and 5 sick days, you will not get more from them. If you choose to go full time with CDAUS I wish you the best of luck because they will try and pay you 5 to 10 thousand less off your hourly salary to go salary to get the vacation and sick days. Very poor company.
