      6 month eligibility period before employee benefits take place, no true day to day structure, don’t like allowing hourly employees to take time off, no true training period where you get thought everything you need to know

      Good pay for the most part easy work

      Cons

      Too many changes and company policies and company does not have your back on almost anything. Will let you go in a heartbeat.
