A Wonderful Company - Development Lead CD Group Employee Review

Great people, competitive salaries, flexible locations

-Top JD Edwards consulting firm in North America with strong brand recognition and big customers. If you call a JD Edwards customer, they will know who CD Group is - not many firms can say that. -Shiny new office space -Great people that will turn into lifelong friends -Not a lot of micromanagement -Good insurance benefits -When the execs are out of the office the mice will play -not uncommon the dev team will whip out their nerf guns and shoot you! Pretty funny stuff. -Larry Campbell the CEO - when you meet him you will understand why this is a pro.

-No room for growth - lean company so moving up the ladder is almost impossible. -Pay is low to start - but they are fair with commission and the chance for raises after a period of time -Good start to learn the ERP consulting space - potential trips to Denver office and events like Collaborate and InFocus -New office has no cubicle partitions which is not a great fit for sales. The open atmosphere is a great improvement to the last cubes in the old office but for inside sales/sales this isn't a great fit. -Office stays pretty quiet which can make things a bit awkward.
