Pros

Good vans. Very little paperwork, just drive the van and pick orders when not driving. Only benefit is discount on parts but you won't see how much, it's just an invoice so doubtful the discount is even there. When you compare prices you'll realize the discount isn't big, or almost non existent.

Cons

Low pay, 550e a week that's 40-42hrs. Paid monthly too so if a month has more than 28 days you're working for free 1-3 days. Start at 5:45am and finish at noon or start 11am and finish around 7pm or later. Driving on Saturday mornings too. If you're out sick they will look at you badly, like you're being problematic. Manager has no problem telling you it might affect chances of getting permanent position there. No sick pay too. Awful. Apparently there's no cleaner so you might be asked to clean the toilets and mop the floor. Clearly this company doesn't hire cleaners. I needed non standard safety shoes, told this to the manager and explained why I can't wear standard ones, he immediately thought I'm refusing to wear safety shoes. With his low IQ he clearly did not understand that STANDARD safety shoes are the problem. Also told me "get shoescthat suit you and bring me the receipt or something..." Clearly manager isn't familiar with relevant laws. Manager became obsessed with highlighting speeding constantly. While permanents were told almost nothing. Manager had no problem threatening with dismissal several times. Using speeding as a tool to put pressure on new hire(s). It almost became bullying into quitting.
