Pros
The only good thing I can comment on are the people that are considered lower level employees (who are completely under appreciated by upper management), those individuals are the true Rockstar's of this company. They made coming to work bearable
Cons
Honestly, I thought working here would be a great experience however it was anything but. The upper/senior management is clicky, they are continually bringing over managers from ONE specific company, which does not promote diversity for new and innovative ideas or management styles. The lower level employee, the ones that do the majority of the work are underpaid and under appreciated and this company has experienced an enormous turnover rate in the past year due to these facts. Senior management may tell you they value your opinion but nothing will ever change in this company as long as they continue to operate this way and senior management only looks out for themselves.
