Pros
With a transient population it is a place to be creative, adaptive, and invested. If you are looking to teach in a place where you can have a significant impact (and are needed) this is it.
Cons
Traditional experiences from other school districts may not apply at all. The transition for teacher education class graduates or from teaching at other schools is daunting. But I am better at my profession because of it.
