The only good thing for this company is the training, I give one star for training. My advice is that you can finish the training, when they start preparing your senario, you could begin looking for jobs by yourself using your real resume. You have to sign the contract which you have penalty if you break the contract. However, you do not need worry about it. All they can do is sending the letter, just leave it to trash bag, look for better offer by yourself. A lot of previous employee have done that. They can do nothing.

Let me tell you how this company works. This kind of company has been called consulting company for a long time. Actually, they only sell technical people, but solutions. They hired a lot of people who has no experience at all. Most of the candidates are OPT students, only a few has green card. All of the jobs are contract. You are the full- time employee of CCS, they pay you only if you get the project. If you went out of the project, you get no money. After 8 weeks training, the marketing department begins selling the candidates. Trainer made fake resume for you. After technical training, you begin the mock interview. You will learn how to cheat interviewer and let them believe that you have more than 5 years experiences, even 6 or 7 years of that. The marketer looked for some staffing company on the internet and send email to them, if the staffing company agree C2C (Corp to Corp), they will send your fake resume to the staffing company. The staffing company is going to arrange the interview if they satisfy your fake resume. The client gave the staffing company $70-120 per hour, CCS got $50-$90, you got $25-$33. Right now, you know how it works, the client, staffing company, CCS or PCS, you. I think most of OPT students care about the H1b application. They promise that they are going to sponsor you, but be careful, it depends . If you are in opt, they would not sponsor you. If you are in opt extension, they may or they may not. It depends whether you are in a project or whether you have the last opportunity for applying the H1B. They also promise that, after the first project, you can choose any location you want. Unfortuanely, that is not true. They will ask you to go back to CA or PA, sitting in the office for training again. How long you can work for this company? It depends how long the project you get. Some candidates got long term contract, you are lucky. But most of candidates got 3-6 months project, you have to prepare to relocate again and again.
