Pros

Lunch on site and coffee machine

Cons

30 days in you feel mesmerized. 60 days in you have no idea what the hell your doing...an it never gets better! Theres 10 people who have been at this company for 10 years and they are the only ones that matter. They try to do change until someone speaks up and then you are shown the door, quietly, this place is complete joke. Very very clear this place is desperate for private equity buy out.

Pros

Since 2nd Generation took over day to day management of the business the company has scaled very fast. Some of this growth has caused operational challenges that we have had to work through. With this has also come the need for investing in higher level talent. The company continues to have high growth goals and will require everyone to be focused on the core values.

Cons

With fast pace sometimes small details are missed. Continue to balance speed and growth.

Pros

The company presents itself well externally (which is fake). Some good coworkers depending on your team.

Cons

The “family-first” message is misleading and not reflected in how employees are actually treated. Leadership lacks transparency and makes top-down decisions with little regard for employee input. There are senior leaders who appear more focused on personal gain than team wellbeing, and accountability at that level is inconsistent. Ineffective leaders are kept in roles with no real accountability or consequences. Micromanagement is common, and autonomy is minimal.
