      Pros

      - Provides great opportunities to work on interesting projects within in different sectors and gain experience across the entire software development lifecycle. However if you are more interested in a specific area such as frontend work this is also respected. - Very flexible and respectful of work life balance. - Friendly and supportive team

      Cons

      - No cons providing you are comfortable with fully remote working
