Pros
Extremely pleasant environment. Everyone from MDs to analysts are approachable and will gladly discuss their histories and work with you.
Cons
No serious ones come to mind. Occasionally hear from more senior employees that the MDs tend to treat junior employees as expendable. I've seen some employees moved around; however, based on my knowledge of company history, I believe the decisions were justified.
