      - Can learn a lot if given the right resources - Surrounded by smart people

      - There has been a lot of turn over with not much explanation as to why - Upper management seems to view anyone as replaceable - Upper management is fake - Culture is sometimes cut throat - Lots of change in the past few years due to Upper management changes
