Pros

The building and classrooms were clean and well maintained at all times. this space taught me how to be more vocal and confident in myself. I learned how to communicate with my peers and how to handle myself in a call center enviroment. I learned how to validate cleints frustrastions , rebuild their trust and take ownership.

Cons

The classroom sometimes had difficult peers to work with especially in group works.
