Do Not Recommend - Processor CCG IQ Employee Review

Low salary with poor raises. No communication within the company. Management treats you as a number--not a person-- regardless of how well you're doing. Always asking for overtime work on weekends and weekdays but very shady on how much you'll make doing it. Lack of initial training and then no continuous training opportunities. No investment in employee's growth in the company. Not straightforward on bonus requirements. Poor end product overall so the work is not fulfilling.
