Pros

The senior management team continues to provide excellent opportunities for growth from within the company. They are also very supportive and encourage a strong work to home balance. The CCF team continues to support the communities they serve in every way possible. Making More Possible is not just a slogan, it's a way of life that the company promotes daily while encouraging all staff to make the most out of the opportunities they provide.

Cons

New training opportunities for staff is a challenge that most institutions must overcome. At CCF they have identified this as a weakness and continue to build a new employee training platform that is conducive to getting new staff up to speed as quickly as possible. Ongoing resources have been allocated to this and I am seeing continuous improvement in the program.

Our Training Task Force has been working hard on training programs for each position and we know this is a necessity to make our colleagues successful!
