Good focus on making customer experience a positive one. Holds employees to high standards of quality. Good year after year company growth.
Cons
HR is for saving CCC from lawsuits. The will do NOTHING for the indivudal employee. If you get harasses and complain about it enough you willl be removed from the area and blacklisted from moving up.
